Questions about the process
How long from briefing to sample?
For catalogue products with minor adjustments, it usually takes 3 to 5 weeks. Products requiring a new mould or engineering take longer, because the schedule then depends on tooling manufacture. Your specific timeline comes with the shortlist.
How many suppliers do you shortlist?
We work with a shortlist of three to five qualified manufacturers per product. Fewer than that gives no basis for comparison; more than that scatters the negotiation and delays the decision.
Can you represent us in China?
Yes. Our team in Shenzhen conducts visits, audits, negotiation and production follow-up on your behalf, with a report for each interaction. The scope of representation is set out in the contract.
How do you ensure sample quality?
The sample is checked against the approved specification — dimensional, functional and finish — with photographic records and a report. Any divergence becomes a correction request before any release to production.
