Which documents are mandatory?

The operation's document checklist is Commercial Invoice, Packing List, bill of lading and the licences applicable to the product. Issuing and checking these documents happens at the export documentation stage, keeping regulatory requirements in place.

How long does customs clearance take?

Clearance in Brazil involves filing the import declaration, checking documents and following up until cargo release. The timeframe varies with the inspection channel applied to each operation — we track the process and communicate every status change.
