Frequently asked questions

How does the 360 Operation work?

It is the same team coordinating all eight fronts — from thesis to return. You can enter at any stage: if you already have a supplier, you start at import; if you are still validating the idea, you start at the thesis. What does not change is the standard of milestones, evidence and owners at each phase.

Which documents are required?

To start, only the product description and the commercial objective. The formal list (Siscomex authorization, licences from regulating agencies, product certifications) is drawn up during the structuring stage, based on the tariff code and the target market.

Do you serve all of Brazil?

Yes. The distribution center is in Itatiba/SP and distribution covers the whole country, with lead times and modes defined by region when the operation is designed.

How long until my operation starts?

It depends on the starting point. An import with a supplier already defined starts within weeks; a project that includes product development and homologation takes longer. In the first assessment we present a realistic schedule for your case.

Which stage does your company need to structure
