Do you provide legal or accounting services?
No. We coordinate the operation and organize the documentation, but legal, tax and foreign-exchange execution is carried out by licensed professionals and institutions, in line with applicable law.
Why does the Incoterm matter so much?
It defines where the supplier's responsibility ends and yours begins — cost, risk and insurance. An Incoterm chosen carelessly shifts risk to the wrong side of the operation, and only surfaces when something goes wrong.
What is the capital flow?
It is the financial mirror of the product flow: when each payment happens, which FX contract supports it, which document evidences it and how it is registered. Product and capital must travel the same route.
Who is responsible for tariff classification?
Legal responsibility lies with the importer. Our role is to gather the product's technical information and submit it for validation by a licensed professional before shipment — which is when a mistake is still cheap.
