How to get the operation ready to sell.

What must be ready before the first order lands — in B2B, retail, e-commerce or marketplace.

Registration and availability

Before the first sale: correct tax registration, datasheet, EAN, product photos and addressed stock. Selling what is not available is the fastest route to cancellations and a bad reputation in the channel.

Rules per channel

A distributor order ships on a pallet; an e-commerce order ships as a single unit packed for individual transport; a marketplace has its own dispatch deadline. The same operation must support all three rules without improvising.

After-sales and returns

Return flow, restocking and damage handling must exist from day one. A return without a process becomes stock lost on paper and a loss at closing.

Reconciliation

Sales, per-channel fees and payouts must be reconciled by period. Without reconciliation, the channel's result is an estimate — and an estimate does not support the purchase decision for the next batch.
